The present commercial speed of Sprinter is 69.9 km/H between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Table 4.6-3 shows the durations up to main stations (Nakhon Sawan, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, and Den Chai) from Bangkok using the new operation hours and minutes.
As to the selection of stop stations, it is expected to select through further examinations such as utilization demand of each station, role of each train, consideration on duties, etc. Above mentioned 9 stations are assumed as a reference to the time required in these planning.
